Really Good Day

Today has been such a great day. Wish I could feel like this all the time. It is an amazing feeling. So happy.

I watched the Da Vinci Code from 4-6 a.m. slept until 8 and then went to Elizabeths and we went to San Ramon. We had the Cheeta, Splittail and the FMF cruiser. We rode there for awhile and it was fun. Weather was cold at first but then the sun came out and warmed everything up. The track was so smooth and pretty grippy. The planet x is smooth but slow on the track. The cheeta is rougher but so much quicker and lighter. The cruiser is even lighter and quieter but rougher. Took some pictueres and then we went over to Livermore which was a little farther than I thought I remembered. Rode my Planet X bike there. The track is getting worked on but it is pretty rough. Had a lot of fun there. Jumping the triples was fun. We left there at 2:15 and got to Pleasanton BMX at 2:40. There was only one person there so that was cool. We had to leave at 3 so I rode right away. Elizabeth didn't ride here but took some pictures. There is a new 3 pack but it was pretty boring. I did that a couple times and then hit the big doubles. It has a bigger lip and was easy to jump. Even did a couple one handers which I haven't done in months. I haven't jumped for months besides at Carlmont.

We got home before 4 and I ate red barons mini pizza and a coke. It was so good. I also ate a buch of safeway french toast bread with butter. Yummy. I then went on the internet and saw a video on sicklines.com of cameron mccaul getting a stolen bike back. That was great.

I then watched Pirates Of The Caribbean Dead Mans Chest which I liked. Not as good as the first but still a good movie.

Pretty soon Elizabeth will be back from working 5-9 and hopefully I can watch UFC and then the finale of Top Chef.

End of January 2007 has been a beautiful day. Thanks.

"Thats a trick bike..."

"That's a trick bike... I got mine at Goodwill for 35 dollars...Wanna trade?"-homeless guy at Carls Jr. the other day.

Went to Riders Choice Warehouse. Bikes there are expensive. Sat on a ttr225. Seat is pretty damn low. Bike looked and felt chunky. Also a kx 100 which looked pretty cool.

Feel kind of tired maybe sick. I sure hope not. Weather is pretty crummy so that isn't helping. The winter x games is on and they are showing snocross. Those guys are jumping so far on those things.

Gleaming The Cube- get to watch the rest of it now. yeah!

feel kind of sick to my stomach. ugh.

simon kitty stepped on the keyboard so that is why the previous post is all retarded.

Camera

I final\

I finally went out and got my camera. Took all of 2 minutes. Okay many hours of looking and stuff but 2 minutes to actually go in buy it and leave.

Elizabeth went to Yosemite today. Won't be back until tuesday. I have tomorrow Monday off and not sure what to do. Maybe go to Carlmont again? I put up a post on msdhw but no one has replied back so Carlmont isn't sounding to likely. Maybe i will call melanie and we could look for glasses or something. she texted me mike's florida address. I am going to google earth it later.

simon cat is on the pillow in my lap watching me type. what a cool cat.

so i am boring myself so i am going to watch television. not sure what to watch. i have downhill speed, cobbles baby, red zinger, rocky 2 (maybe) and probably some other stuff i can not think of. simon just got super comfy so i guess i will spend some time looking on the internet at bike stuff.

Carlmont again.

Went to Carlmont again. Got there at noon. Tommy got there the same time as I did. Then Jerrot showed up and khaner and dustin. Then later on Chris and lunis. First i rode the top and was bored quickly. rode down and then rode the middle mostly. got super sketchy on rocky and bullwinkle with a whip to one footer landing. did some filming.

Chris, Lunis and I made a little hip and trail. It was my idea and it seems to work so that was cool. I did it pretty well.

Did my first natural terrain gap. I don't like them and this one was short but pretty sketchy getting to it. Had fun riding today though. Didn't leave until 5. I was freezing cold. my feet were kinda numb and pretty cold all over.

Monterey Bay Aquarium And Carlmont (of course)

Went to Carlmont on Sunday with e. had my planet x in the car and took my turner up to the top. rode there for a little bit and was going to hit that one jump i haven't yet done and was jumping the usual stuff when psss... flat tire! damn. e rode down to her car and drove up and met me at the top and i got my px. we decided we would go ride waterdog. i rode down carlmont and man was it rough on the px. rode fine going down but ouch. flew by some guys at rocky and bullwinkle and kept going down to the end. we went to waterdog but it was really chilly and the sun was going down so we just ended up going home.

we were supposed to go ride santa cruz but her back was hurting so we went to the monterey aquarium.

it was pretty cool. costs 24.95 to get in. maybe this thing will still be up in several years and i can compare the prices. it was worth the 25 bucks though for sure. nice day and the place wasn't crowded at all which is probably why i liked it so much. you could actually see stuff. they had a small 6 foot i guess white shark but it was really unexciting. too small. looked pretty much like any other shark. there was the mola mola which totally rules.
no turtles at all at the whole place. bummer. saw the usual stuff. i like the place with the birds. they were so active.

I rode my px at jump trail. it was kinda cold. a big tree fell over blocking the uphill path so i had to backtrack a little and go up the jump trail. rode it a couple times and then went down. found a headlamp near the wood ramp thing. also did 2 sprints up whatever that steep road is where i park. didn't go to the top but went where it flattened out a bit.

Carlmont and Hakone Gardens

I went to Carlmont again on Jan 1st because there was supposed to be a bunch of people going. And a bunch of people did show up. Mike Fleming, Mike G., Dusin and Khaner,Ryan Condrashoff, Drew Powers and a whole bunch of others whose names I don't know and who I haven't seen before.
I rode down that drop a few times and felt comfortable this time. Everyone else was just dropping it though. I was plenty happy just riding down it.

Went to Hakone Gardens with Elizabeth yesterday which was nice. Bamboo forest was cool. I wasn't feeling to great in the morning though. Also rode Elizabeths new trainer which is pretty nice.

Watched Road to Paris? the usps dvd. It was good. Have to go now.
